Better than average. Overpriced, so ask for at least 20% discount. Rooms are spacious, clean. Wall to wall glass window. Good view from the room (209). Buffet breakfast has choice. Overall good. A little better bathroom could have converted the 4 to 5.

Visited Anand regency restaurant Liked the dishes. Ordered for vegetarian. Only negative is the delayed service but that in a way helped us avoid any leftovers.
