kartheek ponnuruIN Orange travels A. C, Multi axle, sleeper bus, I traveled twice in orange tours and travels .. From Vijayawada to mumbai and mumbai to Vijayawada... Totally i am satisfied with this travels.... Good experience... I got water bottle... And good snacks box..my rides completed very smoothly. Bus tracking is also available.... I got Frequent message alerts regarding bus tracking status. Before starting my journey, I got a call from the bus driver also. Totally good.

rahul raiPathetic service, bus runs late often. It was one our late and on calling customer care, the representative said that all services got canceled and all passengers got informed. After booking another bus, after 45 minutes conductor called and asked for boarding. Avoid it if possible.

DrGurudath RaoPlease copy this into the bus review... pathetic service...last moment called up and changed the boarding time and point...Driver and conductor details given are office numbers... bus stopped around half km from the boarding point...it was very difficult to locate had to wait for 30 minutes and n number of calls to their office... amnesties not working...conductor and driver not talking well... going late for around 2 hours... Still not reached vijayawa da though the time mentioned was 9am...expected to reach at 11... stopping alt every point for either unauthorised pick ups or tea for the driver and conductor... it is really ridiculous to have travelled in such a bus with pathetic service and time keeping. Those who are travelling please be prepared to be harassed Change of pick up points no amneties no proper service misguided informations delay of 2 hours with pathetic service
