Ravi TatineniIt is 45 days since I lodged a complaint about auto-ignition of my 3 burner stove. The technician came to checkup after several phone calls and told us that a particular part has to be ordered and within 2 days it would be fixed. Even today after 45 days, they say that the part has not arrived. Prestige service is so horrible that I recommend that no one should buy their products.
