The service should be improved. We had an incident where the waitress has misplaced my bank card. The variety of food served should be improved. Novotel Hyderabad has good varieties of food for buffet. Air conditioning in restaurant is not proper. We felt it to be too hot.

Location is superb. The very look of the building us amazing. Centre of the beach. Rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Four stars only because the food is average to below average. Many restaurants around to compensate for that though. Great place to stay

Loved the room I stayed in.. comfy bedding. Great views. The terrace based bar is good, though it would be Nice if they increased their liquor offerings.

5 star Hotel, multiplex shopping and movie theatre. Hotel Rooms located to beautiful beach view. Continental Restaurants and continental food, rooms and maintenance very good, room service and transport service available. GOOD for Honeymoon trips.

The Novotel Vishakhapatnam is a very pleasant positive surprise! In my experience I had always seen Novotels as low level accommodations. Here we are instead in a beautiful and modern building, with amazing location in front of the ocean, great facilities, friendly and professional staff. All at a reasonable price Recommended for both business and leisure occasions Good job to the management!
