I love this gym so much! The trainers are amazingly friendly and understanding. They do not tell you to overstretch your body but they know what you are capable of and so they just encourage you to keep pushing your limits. They gymnasium is clean and hygenic and there is a very beautiful fragrance that comes on all over the room with the AC air. Plus everyone here is from good family background so the atmosphereu here is very positive and uplifiting. The owner of this gym is such a nice and humble person that he motivates people irrespective of whether that person has a + or - attitude. If you are looking for a gym and want to be fit and healthy without strenuos workout then this gym is best for you. Also, if you want to gain big muscles and are already working out from a long time, then this gym is double best for you. I love this place so much!
