    Worst ever experience, CAUTION GUYS!!! delivery boy will ask more money because yesterday the price at which you placed the order, today rates have gone up... (Are you serious guys???) next experience.. contact the customer care.. they boldly say "IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME SIR" and also blame on the world market that rates keep on fluctuating every day... Are you guys running Stock Exchange or grocery shop? my 2 cents for buyers... "NEVER BUY"

    worst app.never order anythn.dey didn mention while placing order thatmin order is of 2000.wen i hd placed dey didn deliver i had to call costumr cre myself n ask it has been two days y nt delivered.then dey informin me 2000 min irdr.cz i paid thr debit card i m stil ne.dey nt refunding my money.cheaterssss they r never use this app

    One kirana is fake co. not delivered item on time and not delivered show site rates. dont buy any products from this company. and not reply of question customer gmail.

    pathetic site we dont want to give 1 in rating it should be in negative we ordered around 3 times from onekirana but their products are not up to date . in one month only pulses and atta infected by insects and for a family guy like me who ordered bulk products for the whole month it became a nightmare . at time of delivery they will try to give you a replacement of your ordered items with some unknown brands . we never got our full order delivered they will give excuses like they dont have the product or they have some other brand(unknown or local) .In our last order we ordered 2 poha packets but got delivery of one packet only and he told us that he will deliver it next day and we understood the meaning of the saying "tomorrow never comes" and its 10 days and we are still waiting for our poha. CUSTOMER CARE worst of all the online and offline stores ...... first you will not be able to reach and if with repeated effort if somebody pick your phone he will say he has no authority some mam will come and she will call us which never happenend . when we finally connected to her she told us that she will call us next day finally after one week we are able to talk to her and the final result of all this was that she made us understood that "we are stupid to purchase house grocery in bulk (nd here bulk means 1 kg dal and 10 kg atta) and it is our duty to open all packets on the delivery date only we made the blunder of opening these packets after one month and in one month anything can be infested . " onekirana is not liable for any infested product whether you opened it or not . and they have only one advice to give " talk to manufacturer directly"

    Unique concept ! Cant imagine all general items home delivery. Tried it for few items, got them as it is. staff is cooperative.
