Shray Bhandary4 stars for only 2 reasons.... There were 2 extremely helpful and courteous people there who helped me to secure some important documents that I needed on a rushed basis for an important job requirement. Mr. Sambhav Srivastava, the section officer there and Suman Gandhi were immensely helpful and saved me many days of headaches in helping me to achieve what I came for. The other staff members there were frustratingly bureaucratic and if not for the above two helpful and pleasant people, I would not have been able to achieve what I came there for. If more people within Indian Government offices were like them, this country would definitely run more efficiently and people would be happier with their experiences everywhere. Thank you both very much once again!
