ashish juyalGood response from a logistic customer service. Usually when a customer communicates via email for an issue or query, the response is bad. Hence we consumers have no choice but to call the customer service number and wait in the never ending queue for your turn to come and then explain the issue. Again we need to follow up on that request quite frequently for the issue to get resolved. Honestly speaking, never expected this to get resolved today. But your response was amazing, even when I requested it to be solved today, as tomorrow and Sunday being my off and hence my inability to collect the parcel. Thought you mentioned it would be resolved my 6PM today, my parcel was at my place by 3PM. Put a smile on my face with the service. Keep up the good work. Cheers.
