Good testing but they dont care about customer service and are not proactive. You will never get a report without regular follow ups which again is very difficult as most of the emails are not replied to and the phones go unanswered. Even to get a quote for a test needs follow ups.

I really had a bad experience choosing over DTH. Staff coordination is really poor, you need to put some good admin staff who can coordinate better with clients. Its my mistake that I chose this lab.
