9 days of booking... Still not get cylinder. Varun gas agency not answering call. Delivery man also not answering ... Very poor service...

1st time delivery was on time For 2nd time i booked with sms on 7th May, 2016 and booking reference no. Is 680115508. Today on 13th May it is 7th day but still i am waiting for the delivery. There are 3 landline no for varun gas agency but no one pick the call. My consumer id is 43269000 Very poor service to my location paryawaran complex, thinking to change the agency.
