It is good place for official conference. There ball room can easily accommodate 250-300 people. The buffet becomes an issue with such a large gathering. Food is good and staff is courteous. Check other reviews for details on rooms and other facilities.

Great Crew. Great Hotel all around from a stay perspective. CLEAN Rooms. helpful staff. Quick response to queries. Breakfast can get very loud, specially when they host the breakfast meetings of some business groups like BNI. The attendees of such meetings are very loud and have no respect for the hotel guests. Whilst this may be a revenue stream for the hotel, the damage this does to in-house hotel guests is being ignored by the management. Needs a more vibrant menu on the FnB side.

Good Location. Close to Metro. A bit pricey for overall service provided. Plenty of options for Breakfast and Dinner Buffet. Something that was surprising was that they charge extra for WiFi depending on where you book from... Was not expecting from a hotel chain so large. But, reception and employees are very professional. Wish they were a little more clear on Food specifications... i.e. Vegan, Halal, etc.

Rooms were good , could have been maintained better. Service was a bit laggy response time of service was pretty slow compared to other hotels. Overall good experience.
