    A budget hotel with good services. Staff was cooperative & never disappointed. Have a good meeting hall in basement with ample arrangements to tea breaks. They also serve food.

    Close to the Metro (Blue Lune), busy quarter, spacious room, everything clean but the bathroom a bit worn out. Very small "Restaurant", breakfast and dinner ok. Friendly staff.

    My stay at Florence Inn has been awesome.On my second visit to India, I was not sure if this was the same place I had stayed on my first visit as I was making my own booking.I kept on insisting with the manager if this was the correct place and specified few landmarks. Yes - it was ! I had stayed only there on my numerous visits to India and is the only place I stay in Delhi. Everything is so neat, spotlessly crisp, clean and tidy. You would never know that you are in the centre of all the hustle and bustle around you. The food is excellent and all freshly prepared.The staff without doubt - very hospitable and go out of their way to assist in whatever way they could. I definitely recommend it to anyone going to Delhi. Its a Home away from Home !! Thumbs up to the Management and Staff of Florence Inn Karol Bagh and keep up the Good work.
