Pathetic experience... Called the office and asked that I am interested in buying a term plan can somebody help. After making four calls in three days and after giving them my name and phone number every time...I still did not get a call back. At last I lost my cool and told the guy on reception that if you treat a client like this before even selling the policy.. God knows what would you do in case of a claim. His answer was "if you feel like this why do you want to buy a policy from us". Great.... God bless such a company with such great staff
