Our agent Saurav (Ghum India Ghum) was incredible to work with and designed the perfect trip for our family. He helped customize it to our requests and all of the hotels, logistics, guides, transportation were great and right on schedule. They took care of every detail. The driver (Deepak) were awesome and he made us feel that he is part of our family and catered to our desires. I highly recommend google to help find first class travel agents that have expertise in their countries. This agency was incredible and I would definitely use them again to plan our next trip

Anandha KuppusamyExcellent service. We used their services for transport and hotel accommodation on August 9th and 10th 2017 at Gaya, Bihar. Cab and the driver were waiting at the Patna airport promptly with a name sign. Driver was courteous and did a safe driving. The hotel they booked in was undergoing renovation especially the hotel front and the lobby and looked like a property under construction. But once inside the room/suite was very spacious, clean, modern and had all comforts. Sikander (driver) did a good job in bringing us back to Patna just in time for our return flight, as we got delayed in Gaya in completing the rituals.

Right from the word go when we alighted at Dehra dun airport every minute detail was worked out so well. We had traveled to Badrinath and Gangotri twice with GMVN and my lovely experience with saurav on our tour to Varanasi gave me the confidence to book the tour with ghum India ghum and they maintained their word of superb service from Mussorie to teen dham. Whether the travel or the stay Saurav not only had planned it meticulously but his per calls has touched a chord in us in remaining his loyal clients as we are avid travelers.
