shyam vijI had a very bad experience traveling with Sai Global.I had booked a four days tour to Shri Amar math yatra.After receipt of entire payment of Rs 96000/ the travel agent changed the entire itinary of tour without my knowledge and consent making tour the most hazardous and inconvenient. Firstly the date of departure was changed from 6th July to 5th July and departure time of flight was changed from 11am to 5am making it very difficult for me to reach Delhi from Rohtak My stay from Siri Nagar was changed to Sonmarg with the plea that it will be very convenient to transfer me to Baltal airport in early morning and it will further facilitate completion of holy cave Yates in one day.The travel agent provided me chopper tickets of 2 pm making it almost impossible to complete the Yatara the same day. I and my wife both senior citizen along my family have to stay in tents at Baltal at high altitude and sever cold. Condition of wife detirioted due to severe cold. My next day gulmarg tour was also cancelled. Shikara ride was not provided by travel agent. He has done this all person who have booked the tour with travel agent. On my return I asked for refund me the AMT of services for which has not provided but he refused.From hotel owner at Shree Nagar I came to know that he has not paid my hotel bill. Now I have filled a case against travel agent in consumer court in Delhi

NEVER BOOK If it was in my hands I would hav given a zero star to the services never ever book this as we had taken an ltc package and it was a much awaited trip for me n my family as my father was about to retire and this was d last ltc we could avail however an agent whose name is Mr abhishek just fooled us and took almost 80000 RS from us for a Kashmir Srinagar trip of 5 nites and 6 days on 6th day we were supposed to return however we had to return on the 3rd day itself as the conditions in j and k were too bad to be there he inspite of asking the agent abhishek tk change the location of ltc he convinced my father to go over there and risk our lives secondly th hotel he provided was d worst I had been in my life none was there except us the food d rooms everything was pathetic the car he provided was just like a traveller we only went for local sight seeing dats all they did nt take us to main attractions like gulmarg sonmarg which we had heavily paid for ,my father was realli scared so he asked d agent to book our return tickets which after an argument he did book and we returned home safely we asked him to return our money he is nt listening to that we asked him to arrange another trip for us to which he got furios .altogether I want to say PLEASE DONT BOOk this we are planning to visit consumer forum for this
