While buying policy(before marriage), i got the info that you can add your wife but now they said you cannot add because your wife is some months older than you and there system does not accept it. As they cannot change there systems so you have to wait for 1 full year till the time for its renewal. This is not the service i was expecting, if there are some exceptions you have to inform them earlier, not at this time. I hated this. If Ergo team is reading this and have a answer to this, please write to me.
