Anuj SinghalWow, what can I say. You guys are phenomenal. We had 2 young kids and arrived at 8:30 am and were given a room by 8:40 despite check in time being 3 pm. Since then, it was start of a great holiday. Extremely well trained staff who made sure we had no problem with kids. And what more, anything we asked for kids was not charged. These things win your heart.

rupa royTiny rooms. Very uncomfortable single beds (they were convex & my mother almost fell off). All room courtesies (soaps, shampoos, etc) were either missing or supplied in half measures. Even the complimentary coffee sachets were smaller. Housekeeping was substandard as in our 3 rooms were never cleaned to an acceptable standard. Buffet was average. The staff are good & sincere but the ibis hotel management policies are well ... stingy. Overall the stay at Ibis torpedoed a well deserved vacation. The best thing about the hotel were your staff (except house keeping) & I commend them for doing a sincere job. Ibis management -the less said the better.

vikalp chutaniRating it at 4 for a truely 3 star property. Soft mattress and queen size bed are the only drawbacks!! Not far from beach! Awesome breakfast! Dwayne the receptionist guy is very helpful.

Avinash SinghOverall its the great hospitality along with well defined services & good variety/range of food options availability that charmed me. However i feel the food quality need an improvement. I tried all veg/non veg options around both north & south indian foods at dining but none satiates my taste bud. Also would suggest to include more food items for room service and minimize a constant flat delay of 30 min to serve every room service order. Apart a thumbs up to all IBIS staff especially the manager in charge (Mr LAV) for personally attending every query.

ganamula arjun raoIt was great experience staying at your hotel. Interiors was awesome Staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was good. My kids enjoyed the place very much I came back with sweet memories. I suggest everyone to stay to stay in your hotel.

Sumit SinghMy kids loved the pools and play area.My wife liked the food. Kids also loved the food. I liked the pool and enjoyed it there.Rode bicycle and took a tour of local market. It was pleasant experience. Recommend it to have a excellent experience.
