Friendly approach by the representative. Answers to every question of the customer. Test rides are not allowed (may be because they fear bikes getting damaged by the test riders). One can sit and start the bike that is all, but one would not invest 4 to 7.5 lakhs without test riding a bike. Benelli needs to realise this. But a warm approach by the representative.
