D V SubramaniamIt has been an absolute pleasure dealing with the people at Tridentia, and we are thrilled that we are proud owners of our bit of paradise at Prudential Pristine in Colva. When we began our journey to acquire property in Goa a few years ago, we had our doubts, our worries, as is usual for property purchase in India. Dealing with builders is always a challenge, and our worry was that it would be compounded by the geographical distance. But, Tridentia (or Prudential as they were known then) had the perfect solutions to keep our blood pressure under control. They kept us informed regularly, sent us pictures of project progress, and there was NEVER a time during the entire construction phase when we did not know what was happening. And, what has been amazing is that they have exceeded expectations on every count. The “post-sale” care has been superb, and this includes every team member at Tridentia. The “after handover” service has been excellent too. Where would one find a developer who attends to even minor problems years after handing over the property? We now count the Tridentia family as friends, and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their projects to anyone else.

Shantaram KundaikarI have bought an apartment with Tridentia in their Prudential Petunia project at Gogol, Madgao, Goa. Great experience dealing with the Tridentia Developers. Construction is of very good quality. Spacious, well planned & designed apartments. Considering booking of an apartment in their new project, Tridentia Panache.

Prudential Pristine, Colva is an epitome of premium well-planned and quality apartments with ample, well conceptualised open spaces and landscaping supported by all amenities like pool, club-house and designated play areas. Money well invested for sure; the only regret is not having bought another apartment ;) Look forward to their new project in Gogol. Kudos guyz and keep up the good work!
