Pathetic service. Rooms ok. Have to fight for basic amenities like bottle of water. No material for tea, coffee. Lift can accommodate barely 3 persons without luggage. Hotel Being run on lease. Shady Shady entrance. Next doors is a beautiful hotel by name of aaraam hotel. Wish had known about it.
