Not Bad but slow. And most terrible problem is, they have network problem in office and mentioned customer support number on website with Mobile number. Which always have network issue. What the use of that? Parcel get delayed by 3-5 days as given time but work. Once i have been wait for more than 45 mins to get my parcel billing only. Wasted my 75 mins over all to send one international parcel to South Africa. It was most disappointment i had. If your parcel is not urgent then use them.
