To Htc, DO NOT BUY HTC MOBILE. AGAIN DO NOT BUY HTC MOBILE I am kunj patel from Gujarat,India i bought Htc desire 826 last year on January.from thi purchase this phone was work good still 8 months then they start to overheating.So due to warranty i provide phone to htc service centre then after 2 day theu give me phone back at tgat time phone overheating solve bit after a month its again start overheating compare to before overheating problem also its start hanging ,bettery drain fast,also some symbol like ! That appears on the bettery indicator at that time better will not charge when i turnoff data and screen thet withing 10 minute its cool and start to charge avain when i turn on data this overbearing again start when phone at overheating i can not place it near to my ear also can not hold on my hand. Then dur to this problem in January month i provide to it at htc service center . Mya warranty will end at 12 January 2017 so i provide them at approximately 6th January 2017 then give me phone back after 2 days and they told me that we are changed your motherboard. I dont know how to check they change or not or i get back to my home with phone i ask them that there is my new motherboard warranty will extend or not ? They told me we will assure that next time you will not come to at service center with this problem ,So i am setisfied and i come back at my home.when my warranty end on 12 January 2017 before one day this overheating again start its compare to more heat before two times heating issue which i said to service center. On 13 January 2017 my warranty was end then i call to service center and tell them that problem and also said that last week you was replaced motherboard still this problem occur and more than before temperature. Then told me sorry sir your phone warranty was end yesterday means on 12th January 2017 so will resolve your problem but you must be paid money for that. There are means that this new replace motherboard having only one day warranty? Also at that time again and again i tired that overheating issue. And i want to know that if this phone will blast due to this overheating then who will responsible for that? When they are replace my motherboard then they not extend my motherboard warranty. So i request to all htc user do not suggest to any one to bye HTC mobile also if you have then be aware about warranty extend of parts at service center whike change the parts. So please i request to again all of you that please do not buy htc mobile. And stop to suggest to any one for buying it. I have worst experience about your htc company and phones. Before i bug htc desire 826 i have htc desire 700 dur to htv desire 700 i love your company but now due to htc desire 826 experience i hate your company your service etc. IF THERE IS OPTION TO GIVE REVIEW OUT OF 10 THEN I GIVE YOUR COMPANY ONLY 1 REVIEW OR 0 REVIEW OUT OF 10. DO NOT BUY HTC MOBILE. AGAIN DO NOT BUY HTC MOBILE (I service or repair this mobile at this service centee vadodara)
