the website which is link with this info. is totally wrong.. pls need to update the website address. so that we can easily find main page of TIPA. tipa never sell the stuff online or do the bisness online. it mainly focusing on preserving and performing the tibetan culture, they do give teacher training and teach to new students for year. i know very well about it.
