You have been a perfect coach and fitness freak for me for the past 2 years, a inspiration who aspires all to be fitter then yesterday and coaches towards building a better tomorrow towards fitness . For me you have improved my stamina and fitness levels, I used to have pain in my toe and knee which is now gone forever. This one hour class gives me a great refreshing feeling to live in this moment of life with pride and head high above. I feel like going back to my childhood days, cherishing this time which gives me life for everyday

    I have been with Ritz fitness for almost two years and I would say that I have more energy and I am certainly stronger &have much more stamina Ritz fitness is the finest and fittest place where u can achieve ur goal.Ritu has great enthusiasm, a lot of energy, knowledge, skill and is very talented.she is a great instructor.she makes exercise fun and intresting explaining what we are doing and why.
