Bhuvnesh SharmaWelcome to India, Colliers. Highly disappointed ! Your team is managing a society called Palm Grove heights in Gurgaon (Haryana). I must say they reflect your GLOBAL brand very poorly here. For example: - Some members of the team use abusive language and bully the residents to follow some ridiculous rules based on moral grounds which are not documented anywhere. When they are asked for the copy of such by-laws, residents are completely denied stating " you dont have any authority to look into it" - Frequently female visitors have been harassed and humiliated by questioning their character, blocking them at the society gate, asking questions like : "Are you going to bachelors flat, but you are a female". " After 8 pm girls are not allowed in opposite gender flats, we don`t allow such things in our society" YES, they even judge your family members entering your flat. We are living in a metro city for God sake. -Residents are constantly threatened by the Colliers that they would be thrown out in case rules are not followed. Recently one of the members of the Colliers went to the extent of physically harming the resident. @Colliers International are you hiring goons for managing (taming) people. - Now we have come to a stage where colliers is pushing Guards/Security to harass/embarrass our bachelor friends at the main gates. FYI, our landlords are aware of this grave situation here, but they also have been helpless due to colliers arrogant attitude. Irony is that your employees have no string attached to Colliers as well, as they dare us to complain wherever we want. Purpose of writing this review was to let a global firm like you which takes so much pride in its professionalism, service and principles should know what actually happens in the field.
