I visited the office and raised written request for discconnection of braodaband but after I got repeated bill therafter as well. When I visited them again I came to know broadband was not disconnected and it was terminated due to non payment of dues. After 3 months it was deducted from security amount and I had to visit other office in sector 44 for refund of balance security amount. Lalit Choudhary who is responsible for bill payment is an idiot. He lacks speaking manners and professionalism.

Even a single star is too much for BSNL... Horrible services that rarely work. Stone age technology at best.

Nobody picks up the call, my plan is 8 Mbps and they are giving me .4 - 1.8 Mbps, had launched complain in customer care still nobody responded..its same like all other government offices..
