Such a bad gym I have never do workout any more gym trainer are not trained well also not have many more eq ipment missing in the gym and also not having boxing traing in workout.very bad quality gym

I have been gymming for quite some time now not availing as much as I would have liked to but my experience here in Talwalkars has been genuinely good with all the trainers being really helpful .it is important for someone new to gym to get the correct posture in all exercises than weight training(beyond your capacity) initially, that is where one gets the help here. I love working out here as it sets the tone for the day for me.
