Not a great experience. Went for a haircut, on the day I took it was all fine but afterwards it is really unmanageable. I feel complete waste going there.

I love this place!! The staff is so friendly and my haircut was amazing! Similar to my parlor in America! I have wavy hair so it is hard for me to be pleased. Lilya did an amazing job! I went from long hair to a medium long bob. I am in love with it! I can style it curly or straight. Great haircut!

I had a wonderful experience here. The people were so polite and friendly. The service provided was really good. I asked for a Style Director and she gave me the exact kind of haircut I wanted. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Terrible experience. The place is done up very nicely but the service was horrible. My stylist cut my hair and then called somebody else to blow dry my hair, without even informing me. When she asked him how he wanted the hair blow dried, he asked her to "do whatever", all in front of me! And he never even returned after the blow dry to check if everything was ok, if I was happy with the haircut, etc. 3 people in the whole process told me how fine my hair is. It is true that I have fine hair but this is not the way you give customers a feel good factor. You can raise the point it if you are giving some worthwhile advice and not just as a talking point! I would never go there again!!

Was taken care of by very inexperienced staff. Did not know what she was doing. Something as simple as a hair wash resulted in terribly dry hair which she did not know how to fix. When i tokd her what she did wrong she says that this is what is usually done. Wont be going back there
