Undertaker1st experience was Worst experience, today morning only their Agent informed 2BHK flat will cost around 45 to 50 lacs but when i spoke to their Customer Manager team they said 1 BHK flat is 50lacs and 2BHK/3BHK all Sold out. Its really funny that 1008 flat where work is not yet started and they are giving possession on 2019 all sold out.

sajan oommenDo any one has any idea on the final hand over date. First they committed September, then they committed December end, now they are saying Feb end. As per the present progress, it will take minimum one more year to complete the project. Response of Shriram management is very poor. They made many customers to register the flat 2016 Feb saying that Jan2016 hand over will happen. But later we realize that it was a false promise.

shrawan bhattacharjeethe handover is getting delayed, there was a mention of penalty for delayed handover but none had happened yet. Not sure why builders play with customers hard earned money.

jerry leenLook and feel of the properties are good enough. Customer care and buying experience has been good. Access road is really horrible, repeated requests to provide at least drivable mud road has fallen to deaf ears. Developer has assured that road will be constructed on possession, but condition of road is so bad that we cant believe those words. Update: Road is built.

Janakiram HrThe approach road from eastern side is worse with conjested locality. Other side on west, is grave yard. Infact the graves were being broken and levelled and approach road made. The Gangammanagudi police station new building is also built on grave yard area only. Hence the building still stabilizes, will emit negative energy. Opposite area is forest and grave yeard , open space. I donot advise superstitious people to buy here.
