    Worst service ever. We took one coolers on rent from them. The quality of the coolers was very sub standard. Looked like they were manufactured in some local shop and made loud noise. Somehow we managed with it and after two months of ordeal raised a pick up request for the same around one month back. These unprofessional idiots have not picked up the coolers so far and had the audacity to charge us for an extra month. Their website is also not working, payments are not reflected on the portal even after paying the rent. Please save yourself from a great deal of agony by not renting anything from these guys.

    Wonderful services! So I was moving in to Bangalore for the first time and the place I had found for myself did not have any furnishing. I found out about GrabOnRent and placed an order before reaching Bangalore, and I received the bed combo I ordered right on the day I reached, just like I requested. Satisfied with the services, I order few more products including home appliances, and boy they did impress me again with good appliances and co operative team. Never knew not owning stuff could be so convenient too! Kudos to GrabOnRent! - Happy customer.

    Worst rental service ever, i ordered a bed for three month rental and at the end of tenure we requested grab on rent to come and pick up the product yet nobody came for a month. After a month they picked up the product and now when i am asking for my refund they are saying that you have used our product for an extra month due to that they are not providing refund. I have never extended the service and i have called these people again and again to come and pick up the product yet they ignored. Now they are on a verge of eating my deposit, i request all of you to not to use their service as they plan and do not pick up the product so that they can have extra buck in there pocket. Moreover, response from their customer care executive(s) was not helpful even sometime they were rude. At the time of refund they will not response and even they hung up on their customers.
