Ali LeezI purchased TV and Washing Machine ....promised that each items carries gift scratch card.. once the billing is done and asked for scratch card ... seller said ...it is not available right now and will be notified once it is available . Called two times but same answer ... just show they are not honest and transparent with customer ... So be careful at this outlet and not carried away with their false promises.

Eswar BalaSomething is not right here. Bought a TV 4years ago from unilet which broke. Went to buy another one. The guy (seems to be the chief sales) did not really impress us. Went to another shop and got all the answers to questions..ended up buying within 30 mins. Sorry guys, you need to work on better customer service.

nivedita upadhyayWe have been associated with Unilet for more than 5 years now but never imagined that they were extremely poor in managing customer experience which is evident from our recent experience while buying an Air Conditioner . They made false promises on TAT for Delivery and Installation . Apart from all these ,Sayed response towards the whole incident was absolutely unacceptable and demonstrates lack of customer service skills leading to Goodwill Loss for Unilet . Also the AC which was delivered has scratch marks and looked like a Demo Piece . Unilet is good but the Support Staff are Awful.
