Kiran SiriVery high cost.pls dnt go to lotus near bhel, No proper response by service advisors. They dont knw how to reapect an customer. They cheated me by telling so many lies. But also I paid 9000 for full service..but after 2days my vehice got break down..... Then they told that we cant do any thing, you have to pay 5000for break down work. Please go any other local service center dnt go to this lotus. Am a automobile engineer they cheated me in service amount also by saying so many parts are replaced,but when I saw after coming home nothing was changed all old parts found... Being a automobile engineer I got cheated so what about common peoples... Pls take care and decide and understand....

Prince Jehoshaphatvery very bad experience with these people. 1. i lost my car wheel cap and triangle parking box 2. they charged 970rs (most expensive in my car life) for wheel alignment and balancing by adding more weight. This also damaged my car throttle point which costed my 23000rs. I also have to redo the wheel stuff. 3. all replacement parts will not be provided you back the old items. only bill will be charged. 4. i called another time to give service and the car service advisor was talking full attitude that i complained to his owner. he doesnt even want to take a feedback from customer. so now i decided to give feedback in google review.. my advice: DO NOT give your car here, you will end up screwing it up more.
