Do not ever order Pizza from PizzaHut if you are hungry. My story goes here... a. Ordered a meal for 4 at 4:30PM (for lunch), was promised delivery in 30 min. Later on... b. I called store after 30 min: They said 30 min or free not valid for today, so order will be late. c. I called Call Center after 1 hr: They said they will follow up with store. d. In 5 min, got a call from someone at store from 8 0 8 8 9 3 4 6 3 7, they said no order was received from this number so a delivery was not being done. Said they proactively called me, so I can contact customer care for refund. e. I called Call Center, was on hold for almost 20 min for them to track with store: They said they will process refund in 10 days. Why the hell was I supposed to wait for 1 hr 30 min to hear that refund will be processed in 10 days?

If there is a zero rating, i would have given that. Pathetic place, pathetic food. Ordered a meal for 2 which had a medium pizza garlic bread. Both Pizza and garlic bread were tasteless. Garlic bread was totally bland without garlic.and Whole was stinking as restroom was dirty and there was no water in restroom. The people inside didnt bother ensure cleanliness until we complained 2-3 times.
