viresh shahpurchased DC 12 V fan for CPU. order execution packing delivery and look of product was fine but when connected to PC it was not working. Looks like they are sending product without testing.... no warranty .. no return .. no pne to support .. also cant edit review on their own website ..... please avoid company product

Vinod Kumar1. Little Overpriced as compared to market price. 2. Few Items different and lower quality than shown in the picture. 3. Unavailable customer support. 4. Packing is shabby. Nuts and bolts of dismantled items are all over the place. Just threw it in like garnishing a dish. 4. Delivery is good. Bottom line is, if spares are not available in your local market and you are willing to take the risk, go for it. I wanted to give it a try once but not again.

Raja RajanI had atleast 8 orders placed in electroncompoonents, and I guess its time to do a review. First, quality of the products being sold here are just above average/average. In my experience I saw, rusted castor wheels, drill bits, DC motor shafts. They do send out most of the parts "Unchecked", I received some board modules with no proper connections between components. Their packaging is agreeable, and the delivery is fast within Bangalore, I am not sure about out of station delivery timelines. Compared to many other online sellers, their price falls on the cheaper side. Their customer care number is just a "One-way" communication, they did call me for some non-availability in one of my order. But my calls never picked up, always busy. You can write reviews and submit them to be always waiting for someone to approve them. I wrote some mails about the defective products through the mechanism provided in the site, no response. Overall an "Average" experience.
