So i called to get an appointment and i got a rude person on the other end. After i told her the service i want she says wait wait and goes of to do something else. Why answer the call if u have some other work. I still gave it an opportunity and took an appointment.. i wanted a clean up.. so my service for a clean up was terrible.. she put the cleanser for 2 mins and scrubbed, then the scrub was for another 2 mins, steam was 2 mins and she barely spent anytime in removinb the blackhead and white heads.. and mask was for another 10 mins. The entire service was done in under 25 mins which seemed like she was in a hurry to finish off.. all this for a whooping Rs 1200.. i will never go back nor recommend it to anyone.

Services are good. They introduce newer waxes which are way more expensive than the older products and the older products which are reasonably priced are never available.

Very bad customer service. Called to take an appointment and the lady hung up without giving me an appointment. Very rude.

Brazilian waxing is good but very very expensive, all services are expensive, prices shown is sumthng and later charged sumthng else on top of tht tax, extremely disappointed:(:(
