Its a ZERO rating. Corrupted to the core right from the owner to the delivery boy. They will generate false bill against your booking and will sell off the cylinder at a higher price to some hotels or other household or may be they use it themselves. They will not even bither to call before delivering the cylinder and when you enquire about the same they will not even respond properly. A pathetic experience!!! They should be put behind bars for carrying out such type of malpratices. I am filing a case against them in consumer court. People out there who are facing the same issue should also do the same.

Very worst service , one of the worst delivery and guys also,they always wants the money to be paid in their hands Extra even though if we stay in the ground floor also. the lady who joined newly to this company one of the ------------- female she is very rude with the customer , all the time i get the text msg that door closed . being working faculty we cant open the doors all the time for them , not even single call from them ..Ananth gas agencies worst worst.everybody and everything is corrupted.

Staff is helpful to some extend, but could be a lot better. Expect the staff to be at work only by 10:30. Overall, no complaints so far

I called in to check the process of new connection. A lady picked up and was very rude on call. Did not explained anything and told to come to the agency then talk and hung up the call.

Very bad experience.. most of the staffs are unprofessional and dont know how to talk to people... Very rude delivery guys.. they will raise cash memo and deliver to someone else...
