One of the worst after sales service from this dealer. While selling their product, they give all sort of assurances which you will realize that they are false once you request for any service later. While booking they showed me the same deluxe model imported one, later while fixing they brought some cheap replica design and the paint was already pealed off and it was rusted in all edges and corners, seems used or rejected piece. Later for after sales service call they don`t carry the required tool kits/spares with them and just advise to get the service (installation/fitting) done from a plumber and ask for exorbitant visiting (consultation) charges of Rs 800/- ..!!!! without doing any work..!! Never ever go to these guys for any of their product. I have realized it the hard way... please don`t trust these guys..
