I had to send some documents via Speed Post. I took the documents in a sealed envelope with the from/to addresses labeled on it. The lady behind the counter was very helpful. The entire process took less than 5 mins.

This branch, though looking small in comparison to others, has a pleasant feel and good service. The lady who takes care of billing and ordering is gentle and very helpful in clarifying any doubts. Overall, Indian Post has improved a lot and is competing very well against the private courier services. I just wish there was stationery here as well so that we can directly package the materials and send it in one shot instead of buying things like envelopes, cardboard, etc from a far away stationery store.
