Ram PrasadExtremely poor service. Amplifon is their reseller. Despite having made 100% advance payment the hearing aid was not delivered on the promised. I was calling several times everyday and on the fourth day it was delivered. The excuse was "the courier delivered to the wrong address". Even today (20.05.2017) the service is incomplete. The audiologist took a mould of the ear and stated that after 15 days the mould would be fixed. I called today and the status is still unknown.
