Generators not functional most of the time. Plave works on cost cutting by cutting down on prime necessities. No working washing machine. Food not at all good. But the rooms are genuinely nig which is probably the only up side.

Pg with big and spacious rooms. Food is average. This pg has wooden beds which is not available in other pgs.

worst pg accomodation i have ever seen , the owner Rithiwik is not at all trustworthy and never takes care of any kind of maintenance like washing machine etc which is not functioning for 4months,all beds have bed bugs ! no attention paid , gives silly excuses and cries for rent from the first day of the month !
