Had a bad experience , my laptop screen had a visible physical damage so approached them and they asked to leave the laptop with them for them to check the price of spare and let me know the cost. As the quote that they gave was very high I decided to take back the laptop without repair but still they charged me Rs 400 as inspection charge(s) just for giving me a quote. Please be careful when you approach them. Their cost also seems very high
