They made a lot of false promises like they will provide free Delivery, Demo/Installation from their side. They said, they charge more than online price because they provide better service after sale and the process is faster than online. Later, they charged for delivery/lifting Fridge in an apartment. For Demo/Installation, they asked me to raise a request at LG Customer care, which is the same procedure even if you buy online. Overall, I had a bad experience buying fridge from here esp. very bad customer service after sale.
