Krishna MurthyDear sir, I have gone through all thecomplaints against your company, I had come to some following conclusions. 1) Some claims have been rejected due to blunders by your staff without verifying insured history, being my self is insured one of your company I got all reasonable claims from your company within stipulated time by follow up with hospitals as well as customer care. Therefore it is very necessary to train your staff suitably & properly in solving/resolving claims & other matters quickly. 2) This one is blunders on part of agents/staff without explaining all the details of benifits & exclusions & procedures,documents for claim purpose as they are only intrested in business rather than service which very much bad & regrettable, the company has to guide properly without insisting for target. 3) As per insurance guidelines approving cash less treatment in only net work hospitals is left to insurers, they may reject on basis of information furnished by hospitals which is not a absolute right to insured persons.4) some times at the time of proposal for buying health policy,some of information sought by insurer might not be furnished by the customer, proposal form is very important document for all the claims arises during policy period. Some times hospital people will record wrong information and also by staff deputed by the insurer which effect the claim.
