Rahul Murdeshwaron 9/7 we drove in from Pune to Bengaluru i our Enjoy LTZ . The engine lamp was glowing and the fan was not cutting off immediately even after switching off the engine . On searching for service we came across KHT Chevrolet . on 10/7 I called and visited them . We were immediately attended with their lady staff at reception . And she put us on with Mr. Mani Kantan who is the floor in charge as we had to travel back . I admit that i have never come across such an efficient service experience till now . Mani asked about the vehicle details , checked the problem , wrote down and inspected everything . The guided us to then customer lounge. A lady came and asked for coffee /tea . Mani was back at every stage and informed about the observations . My wiring harness and wires were chewed and damaged by rats . I had an issue of OBD lamp glowing . Mani informed tht they were repairing the same . He came back after some time and after repair took me out for a test drive . Mani was very informative and especially cared that we were driving back long distance so checked on brakes and battery proactively . Once back Mani informed and detailed about the charges and requested us to wait till our billing was being sorted out . To me this is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE one can offer . Rajasekhar PasaletiService has done properly, Never give for pick and drop. Whatever the problems we tell them, they will not consider. So go directly and get it done. Else just oil change and you will be banged huge money and VAT will be hell of charge. Better to give for good local service men.
