For food items.. so do not order chicken items as generally it is not a fresh and will be harder than usual.. pathetic biryani taste. Carefully order the food items while taking an order and ask them to repeat the order before proceeding. if ask for some food item and cancelled it later then they pretend that not aware of cancellation and will get cancelled items too.. so u have to pay extra.. this is their DNA.
