swethambari ananthWe had booked a package tour to Singapore and Kuala Lumpur through Frontier Holidays. It was for my Parents and in-laws who were travelling for the very first time. Though we had our doubts on Frontier as we had no prior reviews and did not want to take any risk for first time travellers, we booked the package as were impressed by the quotes given & promises made. And then the trip started, we were in for a shock. There were no guides or travel agents to help them out. Wrong timings of the Cable car in Genting were given. The cable car starts only by 7.30 .They were made to wait from morning 4 am.They ended up missing their bus from KL to Singapore . While all this mess was going around, the agents in India have no clue about their whereabouts.They gave us false information that they are checked in to hotel in Singapore while they were still in KL having missed their bus. Being senior citizens they were not given drops to hotels and had to carry their luggage all around. Although we were very specific that no additional costs should be undertaken during the trip, they were asked to hail cabs & taxis in Singapore.All in all Frontier Holidays ruined My parents first time travel experience inspite of being given assurances that everything would be in place.Please make sure you book for your travel from those who have prior experience in handling overseas travel.
