Ok so first things first. The struggle begins when you try searching for the hotel. This part is easy as the hotel is quite popular, and you can find the place without a lot of struggle. Now once you have found the hotel, comes the most difficult part, especially if you are in to have lunch. And that is to find a place to sit! Stuffed with as many people as would be enough to make the hotel choke (if it could breathe), you need to have patience till you find a place. But once you do find a place, the service is prompt. In no time a man comes to clean the tables, then comes a man who brings a plate with rice and one or two basic curries, and then comes the man who brings the star of the show - fishes! He brings all the variety the hotel has to offer in a single large plate, you could see and decide for yourself which one you want to have. The fishes are crispy, accompanied by fried masala which goes along superbly with the fish. The method of cooking is quite in contrast with what girimanjas has. The hotel property is absolutely basic, targeted at the office staff and people working nearby who come here to have lunch and go. For lunch, I would recommend not bringing your family along. But other wise, go for it.

Good dakshina Kannada style food destination here in Mangalore for sea food. They serve only sea food meals here. Must visit once when ur n Mangalore.

Fresh sea food honoured aptly, directly into your plate. Not worth missing out this place if you are in Mangalore for a visit. Place is too crowded, very tiny place, hardly noticeable from the road. Very popular among locals. Value for money.
