Bull statue looks amazing. There is enough parking space. No ticket required. You need to remove shoes to enter the area. However if you would like to take picture, it can be done from outside. You must visit the place to experience this giant Bull statue.

One of the largest monolith statues of Nandi in India. Magnanimous and majesty in its appearance, it has become of the iconic places in Mysore. Though approachable both by road and steps, reaching the Nandi through steps is a unique experience.

Mountain place in main Banglore. Good wind and big place with no congested crowd. So many pigeons where temple peoples give grains and water to them. Good to spend time with family.

A beautifully carved Nandi. It is alongside the steps to the hill. If one is climbing by road, it is advised to finish the devi darshan first and then visit this temple on the way down.

“Worth Your Time” These hills are famous for the temple and the Nandi Bull located on them. They are just outside Mysore. If you have your transport you will enjoy driving up the winding road. The temple is a sigh to behold and there is a big statue near the temple (Picture attached) where most of the visitors love to take pictures. Please know that there are two roads leading to the temple. If you take one while going up make sure you take the other while returning so that you get to see the Mysore city from a different perspective. Also, the Nandi Bull is little down one of the roads and not on the hill top as the temple. Please ask around for directions. I was in the tour bus so could not make a note of the route. There are shops, gift shops and food joints where you can buy or eat if you wish.
