Nina JensonI just spent a month in a TTC here. The place itself needs some re-consideration. I think because it has a good name for itself the management has started to lack in terms of quality of food, upkeep, and maintenance of the building. Unfortunatrly the interests of the owner are more about business rather than yogic principles. Fortunately I think the current team of teachers are excellent and very knowledgable which make the classes high quality. I would reccomend staying somewhere else and eating somewhere else if you are considering the whole course. If the management were to listen to the feedback from teachers and students then it could be an amazing place again. I highly reccomend the teachers who are very open to questions and patient with students while teaching traditional yoga.

Sarah HarishOne of the oldest traditional yoga schools in India..easily the best in krishnamachar style of yoga and ashtanga vinyasa yoga in Mysore... Also best for Ayurveda and teachers training ... Definitly would rate it a 5.. A must enrollment when you are in Mysore
