A very nice place to visit in the Shimoga city with the family and friends. Lots of trees so a very calm and cold climate. A lot of activities for kids. Aquarium has a lot of variety but not many are left now. Very clean and gets crowded during evenings and weekends. The toy train is a great entertainment and lot of photography options. Must visit.

Nandan Bhat

A good place for a walk, or to spend some time and hangout with friends, or family. Entry fee is ₹10. It has the largest flag of our Great India. A pond with swans, Children play area is there, and has a small Children Train. Park needs a little more maintenance.

Nagadhitya Duvvuri

Very good place for walking, jogging. Have kids play section. Has a toy train ride and Duck pond.

Effect of privatisation , they have spoiled the beauty of the park.. everywhere plastic no maintenance ..feels like some artificial park..it has lost its old charm...sad..
